The Indian Coast Guard ICG has invites candidates to fill 630 Navik & Yantrik position under Permanent basis for ICG, Candidates check the Official Notification for full vacancy details.

CGEPT-01/26 batch 

• Navik (General Duty) – 260 Posts 
• Yantrik (Mechanical) – 30 Posts
• Yantrik (Electrical) – 11 Posts
• Yantrik (Electronics) – 19 Posts 

CGEPT-02/26 batch 

• Navik (General Duty) – 260 Posts 
• Navik (Domestic Branch) – 50 Posts

Indian Coast Guard Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Navik (General Duty) : Candidates must have complete 12th passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
• Navik (Domestic Branch) : Candidates must have complete 10th passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
• Yantrik : Candidates must have complete 10th passed and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Age Limit for

As per recruitment notifications candidates’ Age limit (As on 01.05.2025)

• Minimum Age Limit – 18 years 
• Maximum Age Limit – 22 years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC Candidates – 5 years

• Ex-Serviceman – 5 years
• PWD+SC/ST Candidates- 10 years

Indian Coast Guard Navik And Yantrik Salary Details

When a candidates selected for the a position in Indian Coast Guard, get a monthly salary from (Rs. 21,700/-) with other allowances like HRA, TA, DA.
