BPCL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Junior Executive (Engineering) : Candidates must have complete Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University.
• Associate Executive (Engineering) : Candidates must have complete B. Tech / B.E./ B.Sc.
• Junior Executive (Accounts) : Candidates must have complete Graduate in any discipline with 50% Marks.
• Associate Executive (Quality Assurance) : Candidates must have complete M. Sc (Chemistry), with specialization in Organic / Physical / Inorganic / Analytical chemistry, from a recognized University
• Secretary : Candidates must have complete Bachelor’s degree.

Age Limit for

As per recruitment notifications candidates’ Age limit (As on 01.05.2025)

• Minimum Age Limit – 18 years 
• Maximum Age Limit – 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC Candidates – 5 years
• ST/SC/Women Candidates- 5 years
• Ex-Serviceman – 5 years
• PWD+SC/ST Candidates- 10 years

BPCL Recruitment Salary Details

When a candidates selected for the position in BPCIL, get a monthly salary (11.86 Lakhs per annum at minimum of the pay scale) with other allowances like DA, CCA, HRA.

• Junior Executive – Rs. 30,000- Rs.1,20,000/- Per Month
• Associate Executive – Rs. 40,000- Rs.1,40,000/- Per Month
